Aimee Davis is a Partner at Goldweber Epstein LLP. Her practice focuses on matrimonial and family law. Aimee has significant experience handling all aspects of matrimonial and family law matters, including negotiating and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as resolving cases involving complex equitable distribution, child support, custody, access, and geographic relocation by negotiation and litigation when necessary. Ms. Davis successfully appeared before the Appellate Division, First Department. She joined Goldweber Epstein LLP in 2007. Aimee was also selected to the Super Lawyers® Rising Star℠ list for 2016-2017.
Aimee received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007, where she was a notes editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Aimee’s note, "Mediating Cases Involving Domestic Violence: Solution or Setback?” was published in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution (8 CARDOZO J. CONFLICT RESOL. 253 (2006)). She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College in 2004.
Aimee became a member of the New York State Bar in 2008 and the New Jersey State Bar in 2007. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
